We apologize, but all sale items are ALL SALES FINAL. They cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, or will be subject to a 50% restocking fee (deducted from the refund).

The LYLIF Team wants you to have the best shopping experience possible!  If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days from the original ship date.  You will be refunded in full minus shipping and handling costs, unless we made a mistake.  In the event, your item is defective or a mistake has been made, the LYLIF team will ensure to right our mistake.

  • All returns must be received within 30 day of the original ship date from us.
  • Sale items are ALL SALES FINAL.  They cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, or will be subject to a 50% restocking fee (deducted from the refund).
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless The LYLIF Team has made a mistake or a defective item was shipped out.
  • Refunds can only be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Returned items will only be accepted under these conditions:
    • Items must have original tags
    • Unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and not damaged
    • Items must be returned with all original accessories including: belts, necklaces, detachable hood, buttons, shoe laces, etc.
    • Shoes must be returned with the original box inside a larger box.  They CANNOT be returned in the original shoe box taped up with postage attached.
    • We offer FREE EXCHANGES only for the same item(s) purchased in a different size or color.  You are still responsible for shipping charges back to LYLIF.   However, the exchanged item will be shipped free of charge back to you.
    • If the item you would like to exchange for is not in stock, we will refund you for your item(s) minus shipping & handling, if all return conditions are met.  We will also issue a one-time use free shipping code, since we did not have the item in stock to exchange.
    • Please call us immediately if you would like  to exchange your item for a different size or color as we have limited quantity on hand.

    • Items returned after 30 days of the original ship date or that do not meet our Return conditions will be subject up to a 50% restocking fee.
    • Please allow 7-10 days after LYLIF has received the returned merchandise in order to process your return or exchange.
    • We are not responsible for any packages returned to us.  It is advisable to purchase shipping confirmation and/or insurance with your return.
    • Please include original or copy of the receipt with the return/exchange form in the box.
    • Please fill out the return/exchange form in full so that we may process your return/exchange in a timely manner.
