Do you accept phone orders?
We apologize, although we have phones, we cannot accept phone orders at this time. You can process your orders through LYLIF.com

How can I check my order status?
If you are a member, you are able to check the status of your order in your Account page.

Can I order from outside the United States?
Unfortunately we currently do not offer international shipping.  We are sorry for the inconvenience and are working on this to provide this service to our international customers as soon as possible.
 

What if the item I am looking for is not shown on the website?
We’re sorry if you cannot find the item you are looking for. If it’s not on the site, we do not have it in stock.

Can I modify or adjust my order?
We cannot modify or adjust orders after processing.

Do you have a catalog?
Currently, we do not have a catalog but check the homepage for our lookbook updates!

How quickly do you ship?
Please check the Shipping Information.

Is my credit card number and information secure?
LYLIF uses the industry standard 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which means transactions and your data are encrypted.
We us Paypal for secure credit card transactions.  Meaning we do not store any of your credit card information.

How do I know what size to choose?
Please refer to our Sizing Charts

How can I pay for my order?
You may purchase your order using all major debit and credit cards.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

How can I return or exchange my merchandise?
If you’re not satisfied with your order, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges section to find out how to receive a refund for your merchandise.

Can I purchase a gift card?
Sorry! We don’t have gift cards yet, but they are coming soon!

What if I haven’t received my order?
Whoops. If you haven’t received your order, please contact customer service at customerservice@lylif.com or check the status of your from your Account page.
